The normal work schedule is 9 hours/day including the meal period equivalent to 40 paid hours per week.

**responsibilities**

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Logistics Clerk Class 3 is responsible for:

- Receiving material from suppliers in our IT Guide system;
- Tracking merchandise in the Val D'Or distribution center;
- Enter the data of reception in the warehouse manifest (Excel file);
- See to the preparation of air or road shipments;
- Verify that the quantities and products received correspond to what is indicated on the purchase order available in the computer system;
- File the documentation;
- Verify that the quantities in the warehouse correspond with the quantities in the inventory system;
- Maintains the exterior and interior storage areas to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma 5 or equivalent;
- A minimum of zero to two (2) years of warehouse and merchandise handling experience;
- Knowledge of air transport procedures;
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under sometimes very high pressure;
- Ability to travel to the mine site to become familiar with the site and facilities;
- Ability to handle packages weighing more than 40 pounds;
- Developed sense of customer service in collaboration with peers.
- Valid driver's license.
