The work location is in
- **Nunavik** and the normal work schedule is
- **11 hours** per day on a rotation of 6 weeks: 3 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 3 weeks for rest.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Driller & Blaster Supervisor, the driller operates DTH drill rigs, and will be required to assist in the loading of the blasts as well as operating various equipment such as Bobcats, chargers and dump trucks (CAT 775 - 60t.).
- He will perform the tasks according to the safety standards in place (SOP’s, JSA, Road safety and HSE Safety Act Mine and Quarry);
- He will perform the inspection of the equipment before and after his shift.
- As required, he will perform all other tasks requested by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a diploma of professional studies in drilling and blasting.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a driller.
- Experience operating down the hole (DTH) drills.
- Hold an explosive permit.
- Know the safe operation of drills.
- Have an acceptable level of experience on the operation of heavy equipment.

**Assets**
- Certification cards
- Experience as a blaster helper.
- Hold a valid driving license, class 1 an asset.
- Bilingualism (French and functional English).
