At Pentagon Group, we deliver a dynamic and safety focused work environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our fast-growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, maintain and evaluate construction projects, from start to finish.
- Handle project administration, including cost and schedule control.
- Create reports and project updates to the Management team.
- Submit construction project budget estimates.
- Maintain daily progress communication with clients.
- Daily monitoring and tracking of field operations completion tasks.
- Administer change orders with clients.
- Request and track City permits, and utility locates.
- Administer work order through Nika Manager.
- Update and track clean copies of as-builts, issued by the civil team.
- Additional administrative support as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Detail-oriented and above average organizational skills.
- Ability to take directions well and implement new skills quickly.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience administering electronic databases & file management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Friendly & approachable personality, team oriented.
- Knowledge of telecommunications or construction industry a strong asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
