**About the Role**
- Experience:_
- Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (required)
- Front desk: 1 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 years (preferred)
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with veterinary Practice Management software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers
- A deep understanding of the bond between owners and their pets
- Experience with working with the public and handling client concerns
- Ability to perform restraint for DVM's and RVT's for various procedures
- Experience with taking patient history for appointments
- Well-developed critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt as feedback is received
- Versatile and adaptable when presented with day-to-day challenges
- Independent and confident worker
- Collaborative, dependable and a good team player
- Driven by their career with a passion for learning
