**Descriptions of Duties**
- Greet people coming into the office, directing them to the appropriate contacts, and provide assistance as required
- Ensure office and related facilities are tidy and presentable
- Screen and forward client calls and provide requested information when necessary
- Preform regular job-related administrative activities
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and client payments
- Assist in miscellaneous job-related duties as directed by the management team

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent mandatory
- Valid “G” license with a clean abstract is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 1-2 years of related experience in the hospitality or prior sales experience
- Proven organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to operate computer programs such as the most recent Microsoft suite efficiently
