**Responsibilities**:
As the General Manager of our Edmonton location, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe and retail store. Your duties will include:

- Ordering cafe supplies and managing inventory
- Conducting weekly cash counts and bank deposits
- Creating and managing staff schedules
- Overseeing general cafe organization and upkeep
- Hiring, training, and supervising cafe staff
- Providing ongoing training and support to existing team members
- Facilitating events and promotions
- Assisting with menu planning and product selection

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Experienced in a supervisory role, preferably in food service or retail management
- Familiar with cafe operations and/or food service management
- Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and respond to emergencies
- Positive, upbeat, and able to inspire and motivate a team
- Passionate about board games and eager to share that passion with others
- Trainable with strong critical thinking skills
