- Lead, manage, and organize an outbound department team, and monitor productivity
- Support outbound Department Manager in maximizing operational excellence, quality, and efficiency by proactive analysis of logistics processes and management of workflows
- Responsible for retail store allocation & replenishment and online picking, pick location storage and replenishment, packing, potential future outbound VAS, and shipping to fulfill customer expectations
- Secure efficiency and smooth operations in a cost-efficient way and according to H&M operational & sustainability standards
- Guarantee optimal product availability and picking
- Understand the features of the systems used in the warehouse, being able to run the operation on a daily basis
- Responsible to conduct inventory counts
- Identify risks and issues in daily DC outbound department team and report to outbound Department Manager to support resolving identified risks, issues, and follow-up

**Qualifications**
- Experience managing a shipping office and/or logistics coordinators is considered an asset
- Experience with inbound planning
- Must have one to two years of management experience, preferably in distribution center and/or store operations
- Preferably at least one year in Distribution Center Operations in a high volume, high SKU replenish and pick environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to company specific systems
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience with recruitment, training and development of staff
- Detail oriented, with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
