Office & Marketing Manager (In-training)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our workspace rentals, various services and publications.
- Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
- Organize and attend networking events to expand our reach and attract new clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations.
- Coordinate office visits and rentals.
- Build and maintain relationships with members, clients, partners, service providers and contacts.

Qualifications:

- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Bilingual (English and French).
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms, tools and methods (e.g. systeme.oi, Amazon ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Creative and able to use AI to be more efficient.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Local social capital is a definite asset.

The +-2-month contract is a trial period, the number of hours to be discussed based on your preferences and our needs. There is a possibility of becoming a full-time partner if you are successful. As such, we would help you build your business and offer you a free office, as well as ensure an ongoing contract for your services.

This is a flexible work arrangement, where we expect you to spend at least half a day per week at the office while learning the business. After that, you decide if you are more productive and effective at the office or at home.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
