**À propos du poste***

Nous cherchons un Agent indemnisation II pour notre équipe grandissante
Vous serez chargé(e) de fournir une assistance administrative et un service à la clientèle de qualité dans le cadre de l'Indemnisation.

**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:

- Préparer les formulaires et la correspondance destinés aux clients, aux fournisseurs et aux représentants juridiques du secteur de l'assurance.
- Gérer le processus d'entreposage et de récupération des fichiers pour les dossiers fermés.
- Fournir divers soutiens administratifs tels que photocopier, numériser, etc.
- Ouvrir de nouvelles réclamations et assigner les experts en sinistres appropriés.
- Traiter, coordonner, trier et distribuer la correspondance entrante.
- Traiter les paiements relatifs aux dossiers de sinistres.
- Proposer des améliorations de processus à la direction.
- Accueillir les clients, selon les besoins.

**Ce que vous mettrez à profit**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou collégiales, y compris une formation en affaires/administration ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente.
- Minimum d'un an d'expérience professionnelle.
- Capacité à fournir constamment un rendement supérieur en ce qui a trait à l'exactitude et au volume du travail effectué.
- Communique efficacement en mettant l'accent sur le service à la clientèle.
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
