The Group Benefits and Retirement Service Advisor is a licensed insurance professional specializing in the sale and servicing of group health benefit plans and group retirement plans. This role involves identifying and working with corporate clients to assess their group insurance and retirement needs, setting up appropriate plans, and providing ongoing support. **What does the **Group Benefits and Retirement Services Advisor **do?**
- Conduct thorough assessments of corporate clients’ group benefit and retirement needs to recommend suitable plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage and financial security.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, promoting long-term loyalty and retention through exceptional service.
- Manage plan renewals efficiently, ensuring clients are contacted well in advance and provided with all necessary information to make informed decisions.
