Dental Assistant/receptionist

We are a family oriented dental office in central Mississauga We offer a vast range of dental services to best accommodate your oral health needs

**Duties**:
Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients

Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing

Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations

Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns

**Be able to assist dentists when needed**, **take x-rays and sterilize instruments**

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a dental receptionist

Familiarity with Dentrix system

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Note: Experience in a Canadian dental office is mandatory.**
