This position will report to the Clinical Services Manager, Professional Practitioner.

Accountabilities:

- Assessment and management of dysphagia using clinical and instrumental assessment
- Communication and screening/assessment and management
- Providing education, resources and referral to patients and families in a clear and accessible manner
- Completing assessments and relays findings to patients, families and inter-professional teams in a timely manner to facilitate access and flow
- Participating as part of the speech-language pathology team, attending meetings and education sessions where required

**Qualifications**
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy; experience with Meditech an asset
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast paced medical environment
- Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team
- Experience with videofluoroscopy an asset
- Experience with tracheostomies an asset
- Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration
- Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record required
- May be required to travel between and work at all Osler sites
