A full-time team member must have an open availability and work variety of shifts (morning, afternoon, evening shifts), including weekends.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Preparation and production of menu items for catering, banquets, dining room & room service.
- Ensure that sanitation, hygiene and safety standards for proper food storage and handling are met.
- Ensure a safe working environment through proper use of equipment, being proactive in accident prevention and diligent in eliminating safety hazards.
- Communicate with Culinary management team on a regular basis to discuss products and inventory requests.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 2 years experience in a hotel culinary setting is a definite asset and/or 5 years Fine Dining culinary experience.
- Must possess Red Seal or equivalent.
- Must possess FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
- Excellent culinary skills and cooking knowledge.
- Self starter, takes initiative, positive attitude and leadership skills.
- Desire to work in a team based environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.20-$30.64 per hour
