**Summary/About the opportunity**:
**Primary Responsibilities/ What you’ll get to do**:

- Learn the overview of the Problem Management processes, attend post-incident review meetings, assist with documenting the notes, and capture and creation of action items.
- Perform follow-ups on overdue action items to receive updates and document in our problem management tool.
- Assist with building or updating reports for tracking, trending etc.

**Qualifications/Skills and experience we value**:

- Computer Science background/ computer technical skills such as software programming or Database
