Established in 2020, Dockside Detailing is a mobile boat & auto detailing company serving clients throughout Muskoka Lakes, Bracebridge, Gravenhurst and other surrounding areas. At Dockside Detailing, we strive to provide an excellent customer experience and produce consistently great results. Additionally, we aim to provide a fulfilling work environment for our employees.

We are looking for driven and passionate individuals, ideally with prior detailing experience, who are eager to lead a crew during the 2023 season.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Delegating tasks to complete every job efficiently while maintaining high-quality
- Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met and that the scope of each job is clear
- Helping crew members develop their detailing skills. One aspect of the role will be leading training sessions for new technicians early in the season.
- Power washing, rust-removal, cleaning, and waxing of boat exteriors
- Interior boat detailing, including seats, floors, compartments, carpets and more
- Thorough exterior and interior detailing of cars ranging from sedans to four-door pickups
- Detailing boats and autos on clients’ properties
- Commuting your crew to jobs when needed
- Enforcing an environment of health, safety, and well-being at work
- All other tasks as assigned

**A Note About Pay and Transportation**
- A wage of $25 an hour + tips
- Company-wide insurance applied to your vehicle

**Supplemental Pay**

Any tips are split between the crew that worked the job (the remaining tips will be allocated to the crew members):

- For two-person teams, you will receive 55%
- For three-person teams, you will receive 40%
- You should expect an additional $2-4 an hour in tips

**Available Positions**

Boat and Auto Detailing Crew Leader: Full Time
- Start - early May
- End - late September
- Work weekends if needed

Boat and Auto Detailing Crew Leader: Part Time

Entire season: May to September

- Work weekends if needed

Boat and Auto Detailing Technician
- $15.50 an hour + tips
- Full-time and part-time positions are available
- No vehicle required

**Experience and Additional Requirements**
- Detailing or related experience: one year (preferred)
- Class G driver’s license (Applicable for the crew leader role)
- Partake in a brief training period before starting the job

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
