Wood Automotive Group is looking for an **Diesel **Service Technician** Okotoks Ford Lincoln
As a key member of our team, the Service Technician brings to life the ultimate service experience. The Diesel Service Technician is responsible for working attentively in maintaining, repairing, and servicing customer vehicles to ensure safety and customer satisfaction as well as overall department success. If the applicant has a technician license willing to train on diesel engine repair and certification.
Training provided Top Dollar paid
**Job Duties**:
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.
- Ford diesel repair experience is an asset
- Diagnose the source of any malfunction and perform the repair.
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisors.
- Perform road test and safety inspections.
- Identify warrantable repairs and document
- Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Diesel Technician Experience is an asset
- Valid Automotive Service Technician of qualification
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills
- Able to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
- Maintain ODP License.
- Maintain Drive Clean-Light Duty Inspector Certification.
- Willingness to keep up-to-date with manufacturing courses.
