**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Accurately document customer complaints and vehicle issues.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer information and ensure proper diagnosis.
- Provide estimates for repairs and services, explaining the details clearly to customers.
- Advise customer of additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed.
- Follow up with customers regarding service completion and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred.
- Strong automotive skills with attention to detail.
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems is essential.
- Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
- Software knowledge Mitchell PRO on Demand
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
