Personal Trainer

**Duties**:
- Provide personalized fitness training sessions to clients based on their individual goals and needs
- Develop and implement customized workout plans for clients
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to training programs as needed
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits to support clients' overall health and wellness
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
**Skills**:
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive and supportive experience for clients
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate clients during training sessions
- Excellent time management skills to effectively schedule and manage client appointments
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and proper form for various exercises
- Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain exercises and provide feedback to clients
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $15.50-$33.11 per hour
