General Construction Laborer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites
- Perform basic construction tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and operating hand and power tools
- Assist with the installation of building materials such as drywall, masonry, and concrete
- Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate construction
- Help with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on construction equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with construction painting, blueprint reading, construction estimating, concrete finishing, welding, restoration, schematics, drywall, masonry, and plumbing is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00-$27.07 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
