Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will play a crucial role in various construction projects by utilizing your expertise in some interior works experience, hanging Drywall, installing doors, windows, VERY experienced with Hand & power tools, some experience with concrete forming & framing, Digging, Hauling materials, our attention to detail, ability to work with precision, and knowledge of construction techniques will contribute to the successful completion of projects.

MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVERS ABSTRACT-NEED COPY WILL BE DRIVING OUR TRUCKS AND PULL TRAILERS.

**Responsibilities**:

- assist with and perform some interior works, drywall installation, concrete forming, cabinet installation, and restoration tasks as needed.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Physical position, Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- MUST have own vehicle and valid driver's license.

**Duties**
- Install cabinets and other fixtures with precision and care.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute project plans accurately.
- Perform drywall installation and finishing to achieve smooth surfaces.
- Engage in concrete finishing tasks, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Assist in construction estimating by providing input on material needs and project timelines.
- Carry out basic electrical work as required, adhering to safety protocols.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in cabinet installation techniques.
- Strong ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.
- Experience in reading blueprints and schematics for accurate project execution.
- Knowledge of drywall installation methods and finishing techniques.
- Understanding of construction estimating practices to aid project planning.
- Basic electrical skills for minor installations or repairs.
