**Additional services include but are not limited to**:

- Preventative physical maintenance of communications rooms and server rooms
- After hours support
- Event order fulfillment
- Coordination of equipment disposal
- Coordination of IT storage locations
- Coordination of IT inventory
- Technical documentation

**Qualifications**:

- Technical systems diploma with 3+ years' experience working in a technical role
- Certified in ITIL Foundation is an asset
- Certified in COMP TIA A+ is an asset
- Certified in Aruba or Cisco networking is an asset
- Certified in Dell hardware is an asset
- Strong technical knowledg of PC hardware, Windows OS, Mac OS, iOS, Android
- Able to understand and produce technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
- Understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
- Self-motivated and directed
- Keen attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Abiity to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Successfully complete a Criminal Record Check

**Salary and Benefits**: $55,768 - $69,710 (dependent on experience and qualifications).
