**Job: Controller-Financial Reporting and Analysis**:

**Job Purpose**:
The Controller-Financial Reporting & Analysis shall hold responsibility for managing the overall financial operations of McAsphalt and associated companies and will provide accurate information to senior management, including analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial reports.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role you will be responsible for directing and managing the company’s accounting functions, including establishing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures as well as the preparation of financial statements. You will provide strategic input into operational issues and be accountable for the delivery of financial planning and analysis.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Provides budgeting, management reporting, general financial support and forecasting that support the achievement of business objectives.
- Manages the accounting operations including the review of journal entries, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and statutory reporting.
- Establishes and monitors internal controls to ensure that accounting activities are in accordance with established legal regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Prepares, analyzes and presents monthly, quarterly and annual operating results for each assigned business unit.
- Works with operations to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control current processes which

impact customer quality and influence internal operating efficiency.- Provides strategic advice, financial expertise and briefings to management on a range of accounting and financial management risks, and issues which have a financial impact on the Company.
- Sets the priorities within accounting group and allocate work to staff members.
- Coordinates the year-end audit and preparation of audited financial statements.
- Supporting new systems or project selections and implementation from a strategic finance and
