We are currently hiring a Skilled Laborer / Shipper - Receiver for our Langley, British Columbia yard to assist with fast-paced and challenging projects.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**:
Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.
Remove rubble and other debris in the yard using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and other equipment.
Direct traffic at or near yard.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and clients effectively.
Shipping and receiving of materials.
Perform other activities as directed.

**Job Skills & Qualifications**:
**Required**:
Valid class 5 driver's license is required.
Valid zoom boom ticket is required.
Experience as a construction worker, laborer, or other similar role.
Ability to lift heavy construction materials.
Ability to be a self-managed team player, able to deliver results with mínimal supervision.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures.
Good communication skills and a team player mentality.
Must have an attention to detail.
Strong work ethic.

**Preferred**:
High school diploma or equivalent
