**People Operations Manager - Hybrid - Montreal**

**Aspire Software is seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to join our growing Global HR function and lead the People Operations Team**

As program manager for our people operations team within our global organization, you will partner closely with Human resource business partners and be responsible for all aspects related to the people operations team. You will partner closely with Aspire leadership and work closely with the Senior HR Manager to enforce Aspire-wide business initiatives and lead the ongoing people operations integrations and projects. The Program Manager will help business leaders foresee challenges using data-driven recommendations for innovative and scalable solutions. This includes overseeing HR system integration of new company acquisitions and driving the improvement of HR Procedures and HR data management.

The role will be reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager located in Montreal, Canada and will be working closely with our global HR team. The role has the potential for direct reports in alignment with the people operations needs and as our company continues to grow globally.

**What your day will look like**:

- Strategizes, oversees, executes, and leads the development and execution of human resources programs Aspire-wide or for specific portfolios: performance management, employee engagement and retention strategies, employee's development programs, etc
- Lead on and manage the development, testing and implementation of HR systems upgrades/changes/developments, ensuring formalized procedures are adopted
- Provides solutions through organizational effectiveness by developing and executing initiatives to build the organization's competitive advantage through assessments of internal customers
- Oversees service delivery of the People Ops team, focused on service delivery excellence and including improvement of HR Procedures and HR data management
- Developing and implementing consistent global practices to deliver best-practice transactional and operational HR services to the business
- Own all related HR technology and take responsibility for maintaining and developing based on business requirements
- Driving and overseeing People Operations Integration activities
- Supports HR Integration lead in integrating newly acquired businesses
- Researches, analyzes data, and presents reports on HR trends, new HR project suggestions and current program goals and progress
- Produces HR metrics and analytics as required
- Identify the need, strategize, and oversee HR training programs for both employees and people leaders

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an HR professional role
- Project management skills: ability to lead projects, gain buy-in and drive to execution and achievement of the right results
- Strong level of business acumen
- Ability to balance competing priorities and conflicting opinions in order to facilitate the best decisions for employees and the business in an environment of ambiguity and rapid change
- Self-starter, able to work both independently as well as lead a small team
- Excellent written and verbal communication to prepare high-quality documents as well as present and facilitate group meetings and events
- Not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills, including the understanding of metrics to support plans and monitor performance
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential, with a professional level of French being highly advantageous
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
