**Duties Include (but are not limited to)**:

- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to provide memorable dining experiences which exceed our guests' expectations,
- Maintain a full knowledge of all food and beverage menus in the restaurant and all other special promotions in the hotel,
- Serve, clear and re-set tables in a timely manner,
- Assist with in-room dining orders,
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of the restaurant policies, procedures and service standards,
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked environment for our staff and guests,
- Handle guest concerns, responding quickly and professionally, and involving management when necessary,
- Operate all restaurant equipment in a safe and proper manner,
- Follow all safety, security, and sanitation policies and procedures at all times, namely when handling food and beverages,
- Follow the hotel's telephone etiquette standards,
- Walk and stand throughout the shift, occasionally lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs., and frequently bending, kneeling, pushing and pulling,
- And other duties as assigned.
- Can commit to at least 6 months of employment
- Previous Food and Beverage experience is required
- Working knowledge of Point of Sale System required
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a charismatic team player
- Proficient in the English language, second language is an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Flexible in working hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$15.75 per hour
