Relevant du Superviseur de crédit, l’Analyste de crédit gère un portefeuille de comptes comportant un ou plusieurs comptes majeurs, étant identifiés comme stratégiques pour Agropur. Il joue un rôle d’influence et bâtit des relations d’affaires solides auprès de ses clients et des différents partenaires à l’interne.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Communiquer, négocier et conclure des ententes de paiements pour la perception des comptes sous sa responsabilité en fonction de la politique de crédit et des procédures établies en cette matière;
- Vérifier et prendre des décisions à l’égard de la libération des marchandises en négociant avec les clients incluant, le cas échéant, l’interruption des privilèges consentis;
- Enquêter, analyser, émettre une recommandation et veiller à la solvabilité des clients existants et nouveaux afin de minimiser le risque de mauvaises créances tout en préservant le caractère confidentiel de la démarche et des dossiers;
- Identifier et produire mensuellement les faits saillants de son portefeuille, communiquer et collaborer étroitement et de façon continue avec les directeurs de ventes;
- Intervenir auprès de différents services (Service à la clientèle, logistiques, ventes et autres) pour une meilleure gestion de son portefeuille (gestion des déductions, factures impayées, problème EDI, etc.);
- Intervenir directement auprès des clients, pour des déductions à repayer, des documents manquants ou pour tous autres motifs;
- Communiquer et collaborer étroitement et de façon continue avec le Superviseur de crédit pour l’amélioration des processus;
- Participer, au besoin, à des projets d’entreprise reliés à ses fonctions.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Détenir un DEC en administration ou l’équivalent;
- Posséder 5 à 7 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Être en voie d’obtenir un titre C.C.P. (Certified Credit Professional);
- Bilinguisme français et anglais, parlé et écrit;
- Maîtrise du logiciel Word, la connaissance de SAP et Oracle est un atout;
- Compétences avancées en Excel : Formules avancées, tableaux croisés dynamiques, recherches V.
