Procurement and Inventory Agent

As a Procurement and Inventory Specialist at Frontier Signworks, you will play a critical role in managing our inventory and procurement processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory levels are optimized, quality products are sourced, and cost-effective procurement strategies are implemented. This position involves working closely with suppliers, internal departments, and stakeholders to support our business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Management**:
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and sales demands.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Implement systems and processes to improve inventory tracking and management.
- **Procurement**:
- Source and evaluate suppliers to identify the best options for quality, cost, and delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
- Manage the full procurement cycle, from purchase orders to tracking deliveries.
- **Quoting and Cost Analysis**:
- Prepare and provide accurate quotes for products and services.
- Analyze cost structures and suggest ways to optimize costs and increase efficiency.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Address any issues or discrepancies with deliveries or quality.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Analyze procurement and inventory data to identify trends and make forecasts.
- Prepare and present reports on inventory status, purchasing patterns, and supplier performance.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance, production, and sales, to align inventory and procurement strategies with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Google Drive
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
