**In your role, you will**:

- Work within the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Center of Expertise to manage and support key strategic projects within the organization.
- Manage a portfolio of multisite projects
- Manage a risk portfolio for health, safety and Environment with multidisciplinary teams
- Plan projects, monitor their progress and make modifications where necessary
- Assess, manage and report project risks and opportunities.
- Work hand in hand with site HSE teams and Operations as well as with all internal partners and key stakeholders to ensure project success
- Integrate change management into every step of the project
- Establish governance, coordinate the progress of actions and communicate project status to management and key stakeholders
- Monitor project performance and KPIs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, commerce or equivalent
- You have a minimum of 5 years of related project management experience and /or continuous improvement, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- PMP certification or equivalent accreditation is an asset
- Previous experience in HSE is an asset
- You have knack for simplifying information and are comfortable presenting to management.
- You are dynamic and work well in a team.
- You are flexible in the face of changes in priorities and strategies that affect your project.
- You demonstrate organizational, communication and change management skills.
- You have the ability to think strategically, seek creative solutions, analyze and solve problems.
- You are autonomous, structured and able to coordinate the implementation of multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are bilingual English/French (spoken and written)
