**Product Delivery Analyst**

Reporting to the Product Delivery Manager (PDM), the Product Delivery Analyst will assist with a variety of certification, integration and delivery. This includes requirements analysis, process mapping and reporting, working under direction from the (PDM) and in collaboration with technical teams and project groups managing work packages in parallel.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Identify, analyse and document requirements for both product development and deployment.
- Work closely with the Design Team to ensure the appropriate level of documentation and artefacts are appropriate to support product enhancement and system deployment.
- Collate data for management and stakeholder reporting as required by the PDM.
- Interface between the Technical teams and other departments maintaining regular communication of progress and ensuing milestones.
- Advise the PDM of outcomes or issues arising from team review meetings, project workshops and key stakeholder workshops.
- Ensure that certification, Integration and delivery systems and processes are developed and maintained to support the integration of activities into product development roadmap.
- Assist with the maintenance of product and training and support aids.
- Support the development of paraphernalia including project newsletters, fact sheets, project updates, FAQs for website and print.
- Support communication with stakeholders.
- Undertake engagement that is transparent, equitable and accessible, with adequate opportunities for stakeholders to comment and all interactions are appropriately managed and recorded.
- Assist in product reviews to ensure user requirements are satisfied.
- Assist in collating feedback and processing action items.
- Identify issues, risks and opportunities and suggest appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with FPS policy, procedures, and standards.
- Provide product testing support to the Development team as required.
- Assist the development of delivery plans for enterprise level solutions to customers as required.
- Support integration testing of the product to the production environment.
- Provide input into the Product Development team in regards to system scaling issues.

**Requirements and Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience in an analyst role in the software development environment.
- 3+ years’ experience as a business analyst.
- Ability to understand the relationship between software design, development and delivery streams and commercial outcomes, and impact on customers.
- Ability to translate technical detail into documents and presentations that are digestible by non-technical audiences.
- A sound appreciation of Project Management Principles and methodologies.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills including the production of documents and presentations.
- Demonstrable high-performance ability to work in an organised, well-ordered manner.
- Highly developed problem resolution and interpersonal skills. Sense of urgency, ability to trouble shoot complex problems is required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships across functional groups and departments.
- Able to multitask, prioritizing and managing time effectively.
- Experience in change management associated with the integration of new technology is desirable.
