Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when necessary
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments or meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or packages
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
- Assist with in town pick-up's and delivery.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office assistant or similar role preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
