Have experience working with children and/or an educational environment
Have experience giving direction and administering training to other employees
Responsibilities Include:
Dealing with students and parents at the front reception table and ensuring a smooth process with the checkin/check-out system
Ensuring class is running optimally and directing students/parents/assistants as needed
Training existing and new assistants in all different positions (marking, primary instruction, reception, data entry etc.)
Ensuring assistants are using proper instructing methods and following our precise directions as per the Kumon method of learning
Goal setting for increased productivity and improved technique
Implementing new processes for training/centre flow/organization
Reporting to the Centre Director for specific duties and assignments on an ongoing basis.
**This is an afternoon & weekends almost a full time position( 35 hours). Hours offered in the afternoon as follows**:
**Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm to 8:30pm.**
**Wednesdays 2 pm to 7pm**
**Saturdays 9 am to 4am.**
**and Saturdays 10 to 3.**
**The rest of the hours are flexible.**
**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Minimum 3 years of customer service and administration required. Must provide references.
**Education**:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
**Experience**:
