Bodyshop Advisor

Expressway Trucks is one of Canada's premiere Volvo and Hino Truck Dealers and is Southwestern Ontario's leading truck sales and service provider. Our Ayr location is currently seeking a full-time Parts & Service Advisor, specifically to oversee our Body Shop needs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in Service Department functions such as scheduling appointments, creating estimates and repair orders, assigning work orders/providing support to technicians, and reviewing completed work orders.
- Assist in Parts Department functions such as providing quotes, checking inventory for parts, and creating/placing parts orders.
- Oversee daily operations of Body Shop operations such as repairs and modifications, including metal repairs, fiberglass repairs, plastic repairs, installing new and added-on truck parts, truck and/or truck part painting, welding, etc.
- Maintain safe working conditions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous work experience in a Parts and/or Service Department is mandatory.
- Previous Body Shop experience a definite asset.
- Strong knowledge of heavy duty truck service.
- Must have strong computer skills and be very detail oriented.
- Knowledge of Karmak is an asset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well under pressure.
- Excellent time management, organization and customer service skills.
