**We’re staffing for Stranger Things: The Experience, where guests are swept into the world of the show and confronted head-on with the nefarious Hawkins Lab and other supernatural elements of the Stranger Things universe. Guests will partake in an evening of demogorgon sightings, interactive experiences, and scripted performances and will join us for food, dessert and delicious cocktails all inspired by Stranger Things. Your favorite characters will come to life throughout The Experience to relive much-loved moments of the hit series.**

We’re looking for a team of individuals who are passionate, hardworking, creative, observant, and energetic to become the guests main point of contact across multiple areas of the experience.

**FOOD & BEVERAGE LEAD**
- Manage the overall organization, planning and operations of set-up and teardown sequences linked to the Food and Beverage department
- Manage food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
- Manage employee breaks and ensure morale is maintained throughout the shift
- Validate employee schedules and time sheets, reporting to OnSite manager and Thunder Child HQ for payroll
- Work with the onsite team of managers to resolve employee issues
- Coordinate with Thunder Child HQ about HR related concerns in real time
- Assist with scheduling of Food and Beverage staff
- Create a welcoming and interactive environment for guests ensuring an amazing experience in all facets of the event
- Utilize proper POS system for all food & beverage sales
- Obtain full knowledge of the themed menu, daily run times, task fulfillment expectations, expected audience attendance, foresee operational issues and mitigation strategies
- Maintain and sanitize all food working stations
- Receive, store, prepare and serve food in compliance with Ontario Health Regulations and department specifications
- Ensure product is compiled and completed according to accurate specifications, portion size and presentation standards
- Ensure stock is returned to its ‘storage area’ at the close of each operational day and that lockable storage areas are secured
- Report equipment failings that cause food to fall outside temperature parameters
- Rotate stock by best before dates/use by dates and out of date. Discard of expired food
- Store food in appropriate sealed containers and stored at least 6 inches above ground level
- Keep honest and transparent communication with Leads about payment handling
- Ability to represent the brand with professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a positive, outgoing, energetic demeanor and able to maintain a good attitude
- Contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication, teamwork and partnership
- Willingness and initiative to achieve weekly sales goals
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- **Active Smart Serve or Food Handlers certification is required**

- Project Dates:
○ Training/Rehearsals starting March 18th

○ Open to Public: March 31st

○ Conclusion: August 20th
- Pay: CAD $20.00
- Part-Time positions available for the duration of the experience
- Must be available for multiple days of training ahead of the experience opening (included in dates above)
