**Scope for the position**:
A commercially driven person, the eCommerce Specialist role is to assist in driving the organization’s sales across all digital channels. The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for managing and growing online listings and promotions with all major eCommerce partners such as Amazon, Well.ca and Vitamart. Reporting to the Digital Channel Manager, the eCommerce Specialist works closely with production, distribution, private brands and marketing in order to facilitate and ensure sales success. Implementing the strategic plans set out by the Digital Channel Manager will be a crucial part of this role.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Establish prominence of house brands with e-commerce accounts
- Establish and ensure ongoing effective work processes for e-commerce
- Support the marketing dept. to enable creation of effective and strategic marketing plans
- Drive positive consumer reviews with e-commerce accounts to increase consumer purchases
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow through to ensure all requests and concerns are addressed in best in class manner
- **Online Listing Management**_
- Create new product listings, including coordination of all necessary digital assets (images, descriptions, weight, etc.)
- Upload new products and update existing products on each platform
- Manage the marketing and promotional calendar for each platform
- Monitor and respond to online product reviews
- Accurately forecast sales in units and dollars, providing timely updates
- Research and advocate for products, formats, packs, pricing needed for success online
- **Online Sales Strategy**_
- Participate in growing eCommerce sales across platforms
- Monitor eCommerce orders, analyze data and make recommendations
- Manage images and all listing information for all accounts
- Produce and analyze weekly sales reports by account
- Assist in identifying opportunities and strategic recommendations
- **Relationship Management**_
- Work closely with eCommerce retail partners to develop strategic plans and increase sales
- Strive to provide exceptional service
- Manage communication between warehouse, inventory, forecasting and purchasing departments to continually improve our business and ensure compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Required qualifications, education, experience, training, skills, background, and certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce or relevant field
- 2-5+ years eCommerce experience
- Process oriented, methodical and organized; ability to prioritize, organize and execute in a systematic way
- Analytical: Experience conducting business data analysis
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Comfortable working in new and changing environments while exuding a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with reviewing large spreadsheets with data/SKUS
- Experience in the food or natural health products (NHP) sector would be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
