The IT Services Coordinator is primarily responsible for dealing with various vendors and users when implementing projects. This includes creating and maintaining documentation, renewing licenses annually, maintaining user accounts, and updating laptop images. A key role is supporting a diverse database ecosystem across various business units and improving data flow. Daily communication with IT team members is essential to establish a collegial and cooperative working relationship within the IT department and among faculty and staff, ensuring that the IT services are fulfilling the academic and business needs of the school. Reporting to the IT Manager & Systems Architect, the IT Services Coordinator provides second-level hardware/software support to the IT service desk and assists the infrastructure team in maintaining the campus computer network and user experience. Pay: $70,000.00-$82,000.00 per year
