We are looking for an outstanding** Packaging Supervisor** who is passionate about exceeding both external and internal customer expectations. An Individual who takes pride in being part of a project team, keen to begin a journey to project management excellence.

**Purpose of the Packaging Supervisor**
- Supervise the packaging process, help motivate the team to hit and exceed production targets
- Optimize packaging processes
- Support modifications and improvements on the production line
- Role model the mission, vision and values of Rubicon Organics

**We are looking for an outstanding Packaging Supervisor** **who wants to leave a tangible legacy.**

An agile, hands on Supervisor with the ability to schedule all activities to ensure efficiency and leads the team with passion to deliver & exceed targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise packaging processes, labour force and resources to achieve targets and adhere to schedules
- Schedule all packaging activities to ensure efficiency
- Support the Quality Team to assure quality of product and compliance
- Ensure all final packaged products meet required specifications
- Compliance with GPP, GMP, and all SOPs
- Train new employees to maintain a high level of quality, compliance and safety
- Oversee the use of equipment and liaise with maintenance as necessary
- Certify dried products meet required standards
- Build a sustainable operation with mínimal waste and mínimal environmental impact
- Demonstrated communication, problem solving and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work variable shifts
- Other duties as required or requested by management.
