**Job Overview**
We are looking for supply early childhood educators and assistants to help our thriving organization. For our supply educators and ECA's, it is an on call position without a guaranteed amount of hours each week. If you are an RECE and are looking for full time, please send your resume as well.

**Responsibilities**
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's milestones and challenges
- Collaborate with other educators to create a comprehensive curriculum

**Skills**:

- Strong time management skills to effectively implement lessons and activities
- Ability to educate and engage with young children in a meaningful way
- Proficiency in computer operation for record-keeping and educational purposes
- Prior experience in childcare or early childhood education settings
- Organizational skills to maintain a structured classroom environment
- Leadership qualities to guide and inspire young learners
- Knowledge of special education practices is advantageous
- Excellent written communication skills for reports and parent communication

First Aid and CPR certification are mandatory. The ability to work between the hours of 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, is helpful.
