**Job Summary**:Reef Bakery, a leading provider of freshly baked pita bread, presents an exciting opportunity for **entrepreneurial individuals** to join us as Independent Bread Delivery Partners. As a Delivery Partner, you will have the **freedom to run your own business**, **build a customer base**, and **increase your earnings** based on your sales performance. We will provide you with freshly baked pita bread to deliver to our existing customers while encouraging you to explore and acquire new customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and prompt deliveries.
- Actively seek out new customers and explore opportunities to expand the customer base, contributing to business growth.
- Pick up freshly baked pita bread from Reef Bakery's location and organize it for efficient delivery.
- Deliver bread orders to customers promptly and in optimal condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, invoices, and customer feedback.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Report any incidents, delays, or other delivery-related issues to the management team promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Must own a reliable and properly insured light-duty truck
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery or sales is preferred.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the local area and an understanding of efficient delivery routes.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as required.

**Working Hours**:As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to set your own working hours and manage your schedule effectively.

**Compensation**:Your earnings will be based on the volume of pita bread sold and delivered. The more you sell, the more you can earn. We offer competitive commission rates and the potential for significant income growth as you expand your customer base.
