Job Title: Procurement Manager
**Job Description**:
The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing the purchasing activities of the organization, including identifying supplier opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
1.Develop procurement strategies to optimize purchasing activities and achieve cost savings.
2.Identify and evaluate new supplier opportunities and negotiate supplier contracts.
3.Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and optimal pricing.
4.Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.
5.Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.
6.Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
7.Manage and oversee the procurement team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
8.Monitor and report on procurement KPIs to senior management.

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2.At least 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
3.Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
7.Strong leadership and management skills.
8.Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
9.Strong knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
10.Fluent Mandarin language skills in both oral and written communication, ability to communicate with Chinese suppliers and clients.Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for market (online and offline) research, develop new products and select hot-selling products with market potential;
2. Sort out the selling points of new products, and regularly participate in the adjustment of product pages to avoid infringement of intellectual property rights;
3. Track, collect, analyze, summarize and evaluate the information of new products, and develop new product lines;
4. Responsible for product development planning to complete market research projects, analyze market trends and competing products, understand consumer needs, carry out overall product line planning, and complete product development plans;
5. Organize a complete copy around the core dimensions of the product (price, product selling point description, material, pictures, etc.), and regularly launch new product information;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

Skills needed:
1. 2 years of experience in new product development and selecting, e-commerce experience is preferred;
2. Strong market research ability, able to understand market demand and make predictions;
3. Strong learning ability and sufficient self-driving ability

4. Fluent in both Chinese and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
