Westmount, Canada Laurus Events Inc. Full time

Join our team as a T-Ball Instructor and help children in Kindergarten to Grade 2 hit it out of the park In this role, you will lead engaging and dynamic T-ball classes designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of baseball while fostering a love for the game.

Class Description:
Over the course of 8 action-packed weeks, children will learn the basics of baseball while having a blast on the field. Led by experienced coaches, our program focuses on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship through fun games and drills. From mastering the art of batting to perfecting fielding techniques, children will build confidence, agility, and coordination while making new friends and staying active.

Note: This class will take place outdoors. On poor weathered days, the class will take place in the gym.

Details:

- Schedule: 1 hour-shifts on Tuesday’s from 4:00pm to 5:00pm EST
- Job Type: Contractual - 8 weeks
- Beginning of Contract: Week of March 25, 2024
- Work Location: Private Elementary School in Westmount, QC

**Requirements**:

- English (required), French is an asset
- Previous experience working with children in a sports or educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and fostering their development
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Knowledge of basic baseball fundamentals

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 weeks
