We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Salesperson to join our team. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and working with flowers, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right flowers/arrangements/other products
- Answer phones and take orders over the phone or electronically
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Keeping the shop and your workspace clean and well-stocked with supplies
- Process incoming flowers, greenery, or other stock in preparation for sale
- Working well with a small team of coworkers

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Familiarity with POS systems and handling transactions
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Basic computer skills
- Punctuality for shifts
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset
- Familiarity with flowers/floral work is an asset
- Legible handwriting/cursive writing is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- 4 hour shift
