Supervise a diverse team of individuals, performing a wide variety of tasks in the traffic control sector Establish and maintain crew schedules. Overseeing traffic control operations, ensuring traffic control is executed in accordance with the Traffic Management Plan. Picking up shifts if and when required and effectively work with the Operations Director and represent the company in a respectful light
- **Responsibilities**_
- Train and supervisor freshers and employees of the company
- Perform traffic control setup according to traffic control plans and monitor continuously
- Manage & oversee traffic control equipment inventory
- Perform daily traffic site inspections
- Ensure that all paperwork/audits and reports are completed in a timely manner per company and project standards
- Knowledge of WorkSafeBC Compliance protocols.
- Employee relations and development, resolving field issues of the staff
- Assistance in providing TCP certification and Training
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed daily Setup, maintain, and inspect traffic control equipment, in accordance with the traffic management plan
- Perform site audits to ensure compliance with TMP’s and WorkSafeBC regulations
- Ensuring compliance with WorkSafeBC’s Occupational Health and Safety Regulation regarding supervision of TCPs in the work zone
- Rapport building with Clients and maintaining relations
- **Requirements**_
- Minimum of 5 to 6 yrs. of prior TCP & LCT combined experience
- Valid BC Drivers License with clear abstract
- Should have OFA2/3 certificate
- Experience working on Highways and Ministry of Transportation project is an assets

**Job Details**

**Status: Full time/ Permanent**

**Schedule: Shift work based on weekly schedules/ weekdays and weekends**
