We are excited to grow our team with a full-time role for a **Marketing Manager. You must live in Canada and be eligible to work in Canada to be considered for this role.**

**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for market research and analysis, campaigns and promotions for lead generation, marketing processes, operations, and strategies to support revenue growth and the global B2B brand within the Microsoft channel. The Marketing Manager guides a team of marketing professionals; guiding and coaching the team to ensure timely delivery of best practice plans and activities to support revenue growth.

**A typical day as a Marketing Manager**:

- Manage, support, guide, and coach Marketing team members, providing regular feedback, assist in setting objectives, and review the objectives throughout the year.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and other key stakeholders to align channel marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Implement and monitor marketing automation and lead nurturing programs to effectively capture, nurture, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to establish best practices, tracking and reporting mechanisms, ensuring the measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the continuous optimization of demand generation programs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, including channel partners, resellers, and consultants, and leverage these relationships to drive joint marketing activities and co-marketing campaigns.
- Understand and explore the Microsoft Dynamics ERP market problems through sales insight, research and competitive analysis and Binary Stream’s unique offerings to address them.
- Work closely with the sales team to align demand generation efforts with their needs, ensuring a consistent and coordinated approach across all marketing and sales activities.
- Create and manage an annual marketing plan that integrates campaign management and messaging/collateral development to support the strategic directions of the organization.
- Build a strong relationship with the Product team and Product Manager(s) to share priorities, insights and plans and to gather the content required to produce product marketing and messaging materials.
- Stay on top of marketing, data, targeting, and automation trends that will move the needle on operations and spend efficiencies.

**Technical Skills and Other Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a team lead or management role on a marketing team
- 5+ years of marketing experience promoting ERPs or other enterprise management solutions.
- Proficient understanding of demand generation, search engine optimization and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Market research and competitive intelligence skills.
- Experience with content measurement and metrics, dashboard, KPIs.
- Experience executing end-to-end content marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of sales methodology, fundamental sales skills and measuring KPIs.
- Familiarity with the partner ecosystem and experience collaborating with channel partners, resellers, or consultants.
- Deep experience in using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools - preference for HubSpot experience.
