The Project Coordinator will work with our Project Manager to ensure everything is prepared for successful customer projects. A range of responsibilities managing equipment and our AV installation schedule will help us to ensure the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Regional Manager and our Project Managers to coordinate equipment, meet deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize the progress of projects.

Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, decision-making skills and creativity are expected. The Project Coordinator holds a key role in delivering our customers with an incredible overall AV experience.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing sales orders and work orders on a regular basis
- Receive parts and equipment in our warehouse timely and accurately
- Prepare upcoming product and orders for the installation team to take to site
- Communicate required changes to Account Managers
- Assist with the management of our installation calendar
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Action daily and weekly project reports from install team
- Communicate actively with Account Managers, installation teams and customers
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Enhance positive relationships with customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
