Architectural Technician

We are looking for Architectural Technologist who will support our Production and Construction team and be a key member to achieve the project goals and expectations of our clients. This individual will be central in assuring that our client’s expectations are met by having a commitment to the details and a critical eye when reviewing plans. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with municipal government representatives, land developers and team members on various projects.
- Prepare plot plans, grade slips, building plans and joist layout for municipal governments.
- Have building code knowledge in both part 9 and part 3 residential construction.
- Have extensive experience working with Revit/AutoCAD/Adobe Suite
- Review specifications and prepare working drawings and construction documentation for various projects.
- Create job files and manage all project documentation and contract administration.

**Salary**: $38,814.23-$83,896.77 per year
