Role Summary:_**

Chubb is currently recruiting a National Customer Experience Specialist based out of our Mississauga office. Under mínimal supervision, the National Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of designated National Customer accounts ensuring all customer needs are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Job Responsibilities:_**
- Use of strong communication and presentation skills to build and maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Direct liaison between Chubb and customer pertaining to their contract.
- Responsible for beginning to end monthly maintenance of work outlined in the customer’s contract including scheduling and tracking of assigned orders.
- Creation of monthly and quarterly invoices through internal billing system or customized billing including uploading invoices through assigned portals.
- Analyzing of accounts and create as well as presents information for the customer including KPI results generated from Power BI, recommendations, and project updates.
- Deals with customer escalations from beginning to end.
- Assigned special projects or activity as required.

Qualifications:_**
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or similar field.
- At least 2 to 5 years of client care or customer service experience in an office environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Must be able to work under pressure maintaining a professional demeanor, time management/sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
- Adaptable to changing environments.
- Strong attention to detail
