We are a reputable construction company looking to hire a Construction Worker who has experience with Finishing’s (ie: Tile work, cabinetary trim work, etc). This is a hands-on role and the ability to operate tools and carry out physical requirements is mandatory. Applicants should have at least 4 years construction industry experience and access to reliable transportation to and from shop or site.

We complete home and cottage renovations, new builds, decks, docks, boathouses, landscaping and more in the Simcoe and Muskoka areas. We offer educational training on the job, opportunities for advancement, competitive wages, benefits after 3 months and more.

Successful applicants will be responsible for the following:

- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads and navigate construction job site terrain
- Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools,
- Ability to perform various types of physical labour including: Building decks, docks, additions, cottages, erect or dismantle scaffolding, drywall/mud/tape and paint, mixing concrete, pouring footings, landscape construction, window and door replacements, trim work, tile work, cabinetary making, etc.
- Maintain a clean job site

Successful applicants must have the following qualification/skills:

- 4 years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience in framing and finishing is an asset
- Valid Driver’s License & car
- Must have steel toe boots and work pouch
- Must have or are willing to obtain a boat license
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and improve skills
- Must be a reliable worker
- Comfort working with extreme weather fluctuation and location (residential, cottage, cottage country islands)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent. Hourly wage will depend on experience.
