- Oversees restaurant operations and the other cooks
- Work closely with restaurant managers, cooks, and front of house staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure the operations of the dining facility are running smoothly
- Assessing the quality of delivered food supplies to ensure that it meets restaurant standards.
- Create menu dishes, order food supplies and equipment, review food and beverage purchases, and train other cooks

Lead and supervise the kitchen team on below day to day work:

- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow chef’s instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
