**Job Overview**

Full time position (4 or 5 evenings per week.) Restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday.

**What are we looking for**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a bartender in an upscale restaurant setting.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine, cocktails, and culinary techniques and enthusiasm to learn more.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests and build rapport.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-level service.
- Pro-active with a positive attitude and most importantly a team player.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**What you will be doing**
- Engage with guests, make recommendations, and create a positive atmosphere.
- Thoroughly understand our food and beverage offerings.
- Come up with seasonal cocktail and mocktail ideas.
- Accurately pour drinks according to the Maven standards.
- Efficiently set up, clean, and stock the bar area.
- Prepare all ingredients to par levels ahead of service (fresh juices, syrups, batches, etc.)
- Ensure bar stations and fridges are kept clean and organized throughout service
- Share information about beverages, specials, and promotions with guests and team members.
- Track and replenish bar supplies as needed.
- Address guest questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with various tasks and support the overall operation of the bar.
- Complete opening and closing duties according to the checklist.
