**What will you do**:

- Welcome each customer and deliver exceptional service
- Take orders and make recommendations
- Inform customers about new beverages and specials
- Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers
- Accommodate customer allergies and special requests
- Check identification to ensure customers are of the legal age to purchase alcohol
- Take inventory and replenish to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked
- Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment
- Develop new cocktail recipes
